I am very curious about the bao you are making. Are you making Shang Hai sheng Jian Bao ? If yes, you need to add black sesame in the end on the top of each Bao. We, southern people, usually would put pork broth or jelly.
Again, to make your cooking career professional, so PLEASE change the background music to be more amusing not quite disturbing. I assume that I am not the only person who feels very uncomfortable with this music.
