I am very curious about the bao you are making. Are you making Shang Hai sheng Jian Bao ? If yes, you need to add black sesame in the end on the top of each Bao. We, southern people, usually would put pork broth or jelly.

Rangoon is not Chinese food. You can google online. Rangoon originates from Myumar or Burma in South East Asia. I suggest that you make sure that whatever you present to the public is informative and valid.

Sonce this dish is cold salad, and it does not require any fring process. I strongly suggest that you put on a pair of gloves to keep the cucumber clean, while cutting them.

Usually we, as southern chinese , don't put soy sauce in the soup. Besides, I don't fry the fish , since the taste doesn't taste good. At least, I don't like this spicy flavor. Sorry about that !!!

Followed the video and you can make authentic Chinese breakstick. It is so delicious, bring back childhood memories. Everyone should try this, you will like it. Extra tip, my friend’s husband put powder sugar, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg on it, it becomes delicious dessert.

今天试了这包油条粉,完全按录像和说明指示操作。没想到效果非常好。吃出了小时候家乡的味道。外部酥脆,里边松软空心起鼓。这是我目前试过的最好产品。

Make sure to turn on cc to view subtitle. To make youtiao, you will need the following: 1 bag of Ying's Youtiao Mix, 2 1/4 TBSP oil, 3/4 cup plus 2 TBSP cold water, 2 tsp oil for folding dough, 2-4 cups oil for frying 需要的材料:1 袋Ying的油条粉, 2 又1/4 大勺油,3/4 杯+ 2 大勺凉水,2 小勺油用于揣面,2-4杯油用于炸油条
