Thank you. But I have alaways the sameerror message. When I clic to "restore", it's written "Couldn't validate source" followed by (OS Status error 22)? What does it mean? It's the official Snow Leopard. What can I do?

6:11 time .. i have that same problem I don't understand, (becouse it's not in english 😅) how do you get it to still accept the image and comple successfully, when it was crossed out and can not be started after it was mounted the image???

if you have a new mac os and you make old mac os bootable USB, the new mac does not support old mac os that's why u see the cross on install mac os x

@@TechRoady exactly, so how do I get around that? It doesn't let me make The Bootable USB. It says it can not be validated.

@@TechRoady high Sierra, iMac 2009. Figured it out, Had to get High Sierra from Appstore on other MacBook Air, then create Bootable USB that way, but then it still would fail with not being able to validate installation files, with 2min left. So Found out I had to clear NVRAM on my iMac them WiFi Started working and reinstall when through. Damn NVRAM. Who knew... Option Command P R.
