Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this Braised Pork Belly with Lotus Root蓮藕炆腩肉 it’s so flavorful and delicious，this dish tastes even better if you eat it the next day because the lotus roots and pork belly absorb all the flavors from the sauce.
Ingredients
Pork belly 1 1/2 lbs
Lotus root 3 pieces
Fermented red beancurd 3 pieces plus 3 Tbsp of its sauce
Shaoxing Cooking wine 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp
2 green onions
4 slices of ginger
6 cloves of garlic
Rock sugar 30g
To Blanch the pork belly:
2 green onions
3 slices of ginger
1 Tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
