not louder, but slightly eq out the leads range from the pads and drums (also yeah they couldve turned it up a wee bit but most time just turning things up leads to a muddy mess)
the reason it's not breakcore is because it's ambient dnb. ambient dnb has repetitiv drum patterns and a bpm range of 140-160 bpm breakcore on the other hand doesn't normally have a consistent drum pattern. it chops breaks like crazy, uses distortion a lot and has a bpm range of 180-300 bpm if you want examples of breakcore check out: - Venetian Snares - The Chocolate Wheelchair Album - Venetian Snares - My So-Called Life - Slowslicing - Burn The Effigy - Shoebill - Hikikomori Days hope this helps
