How to Make Candied Carrot Roses 

Making cute little candied roses from carrots, parsnips, or pretty much any other root vegetable you want is super easy! And people love them because they're all natural, and lower in sugar than most traditional carrot cake decorations. Plus, they're vegan and allergy-friendly!
All you need is your veggie of choice, water, sugar, and some practice.
Perfect to decorate carrot cake, carrot cheesecake, carrot cake bars, Easter cookies, or if you're my kids - just eat them as a delicious snack. Lol.
