Hey Mark! I've been trying to get a good bead on using a sugar substitute for my pre-diabetic partner. Do you have any ideas on what would be a good option? I have already had a few fails with truvia and allulose.

Yes. For a sugar substitute for baking Splenda has a good baking version or. Pure cane substitute
