Thank you so much. I have a question. I would be grateful if you could answer. Any reason for cooking the carrots? Whats is the difference if we dont do that?
Thank you for watching our video, Cooking of Carrot ginger mix for 2 reasons. 1) cooking helps extraction maximum essence of the carrot and ginger. 2) Cooking kills bacteria and deactivate the pesticides used on the veggies which can prevent the fermentation process. You can make without cooking also. Extract juice from carrots and ginger using a juicer and start the process.
keep it for primary fermentation for how long?? 1/2 and hour, 1 hour?? pls reply..you wrote after one day so i am guessing we have to ferment for a day......
Thank you for watching our video, No. Primary fermentation is 5 to 10 days, normally it will be completed in 7 days. You should stir the mixture everyday, once the bubbling stopped strain and rack for secondary fermentation. Follow the video recipe.

Thank you for watching our video, Your appreciation strengthen us to make more traditional video recipes like this. Sharing our video means you are supporting us to grow to next level. Thank you once again. As per our CARROT GINGER Wine recipe you get 10% to 14% ABV depends on your room temperature. It should be minimum 20°C to maximum 30°C.
Sorry, I had totally forgot to tell the storage life of our wine. If you did the secondary fermentation well, and there is no bubbles coming from airlock then it's time to bottle your wine. Keep your wine bottles away from vinegar and pickles. Store your wine below 30°C. If you keep the wine at cool and clean place, wine will be fine for years.
Thank you for watching our video, Nothing will happened if you use stainless steel utensils for wine making. In wineries they use big stainless steel reservoir for fermentation. Only thing you should take care of cleanliness. You should sterilize the utensils before starting the fermentation. That's all.
