I love cassave bread with fried fish. I made a video also on it before on my cookingchannel. You did well. I love that you added season on it. Everything looks delicious the fried fish 🐟 looks good.

How do you get the cassava bread to stick together and do not go apart? And how do you separate the bottom of the baking pan to get the round shape?

It won't stick coz it is still moist while cooking. It's kind of a steaming process. Cassava contains lot of water when you grate it.
