For many years, I've always created my own Christmas cards (usually over 70 each Christmas) but, having a small home-based printing business, it was somewhat easy. When 3D printers first hit the market a few years ago, we got ourselves a Makerbot and printed a small 50mm diameter Christmas tree decoration with an angel playing a horn and this was placed in the card that we'd printed. Your celery paper idea sounds like a great idea for a card.
