I have this easy and tasty cheese recipe from my macedonian friend Metin. The best thing about this cheese is, that it is pretty easy to make.
Recipe:
- 2 Liters of Milk (at least 3,5 % fat)
- 25 g salt
- 5-8 tablespoons of white vinegar
