Filipino Adobo is one of my favorite dish, I am Spanish so we do a similar dish...the Spanish version does not use the vinegar or eggs...and sometimes we use paprika!

🙂 i make something simpler here, just throw in a pot the chicken or beef or turkey or pork, peeled potatoes, sliced diced onions, 1 stick of butter, then all the spices on the shelf like Goya Cilantro, paprika, cumin, garlic, onion, black pepper. Fill it up with water. Slow Low Boil for an hour. Done. Holds me over for several days. In another pot i do a big of rice. And in a third pot some Beans usually Red or Black

I make a good Chicken or pork belly adobo, mine has a bit more sauce. I noticed you struggled to cut the Chicken with a fork. In Philippines you don't use knives, I'd love to see you try and eat with a knife and fork 😂. I get laughed at (nicely) because I can't use a spoon and fork properly 😂

Looks yummy, thanks for the recipe. But I have to ask, haven't you learned that you always should wash your hands after handling raw meat, especially chicken and pork, not touching anything like knobs, utensils, pot handles, other ingredients and so on before washing hands? And especially do not use the same knife first on raw meat and then on other ingredients, that is a big no no.
