To avoid that i don't. Im always eating and eating then it happens sick stomach and restroom quick. Eating fruit with salsa and Tajin causes serious stomach problems for me. Restroom for an hour or 2 🤭😳. Im surprised how other can take it. I can't. Have to use the restroom on every fruit i eat with something spicy 😋. I live in Australia and I always drink the tap water. It actually tastes better than bottled water and is better for your health, since it contains fluoride which protects your teeth. Getting sick from tap water is unheard of here!
