Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how To make a very easy and delicious chicken noodle soup, a family’s favorite! This is my go to soup when my family is under the weather, nothing hits better than a bowl of homemade chicken soup! I’m very picky when it comes to chicken noodle soup, the broth has to be clean and flavorful, the meat has to be pure white meat, and the celery and carrots have to be just right 👌🏽, This soup is just perfect from making the chicken stock to making sure everything is perfect and every spoonful is flavorful, it’s a bit time consuming but let me tell you that it sure is worth it, you can use store bought chicken stock but it’s just not the same, that’s just my option though, I don’t it before and my family don’t eat it the same 🙈☺️ keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! 😘
What can go wrong???
-leaving chicken into big pieces can cause your stock to release only a little juice causing the stock to taste weak
-skipping skimming will cause your soup to taste greasy

Ingredients: 7 servings
1 whole chicken or 2 chicken breasts with ribs, 2 thighs,2 wings, and 2 drumsticks
10 cups water
Olive or vegetable oil
3 cups wide egg noodles
2 small chopped white onions (divided)
1 cup (1/2 bag baby carrots) sliced carrots
1 cup (3 sticks) sliced celery
1 tsp minced fresh thyme (about 4 stems) or 1/4 tsp dried
1 bunch minced fresh parsley
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp whole black pepper
Salt and ground black pepper
