I would put it in the fridge. It should be good for a few months in an airtight container. Just take out the portion you need every time and store the rest. 👍

Im a big fan of Tiger sauce Now i live in a German town where none of the shops carry it Would anyone here happen to know how to make it? Would be so grateful for a recepie
Sorry to hear that! You could just try it with the spices that are available in your area. If not, just use chili peppers and oil alone. That will do the trick also.
This probably depends where you live in Europe, I didn't have problems yo find everything, find good Asian Markets or order them online. If your Asian Market doesn't have stuff try again a month later sometime some stuff is sold in larger bulks on beginning of the month and won't be restocked till the next month while other more used stuff comes weekly. It also helps simply to ask their staff for help or advice where to find items.
What happened to the spices that was cooked in the oil. What can I use them for? I hate wasting, so if there is a recipe to use the spices with, please let me know. Love your channel by the way.
😅🤣🥰 Just I was wondering what you did that spices that you removed from oil ...? I thought you forget to add.. Then I watch again then I got. just need to add that remaining oil. 🥰 this I used some time from Asian restaurant especially Chinese. I love it. ❤
I am going to keep it simple and eliminate the aromatics except the garlic and peppercorns. I don't care for cinnamon or anise outside of holiday food. This is what I was looking for though. Thanks!.
This video came in my recommended videos after one year and by Jove, have been using this since the first time I watched. My dear Indian fellows, if you love Indo Chinese food like chowmein or manchurian or Fried rice, i highly recommend to make this and keep in fridge. Stays good for a month or two. Just use a dash of this oil in your Chinese recipes and voila ! You enhanced the taste by 3X. Can also use a little bit to make omelettes and sunny side up. I even used it to make garlic shrimp and pan fried chicken. Love from India ❤
