I found your method not only time saving, but also real fun! My pan fried dumplings with much thinner and softer skins turned out to be WOW! Never before tasted sooo delicious. Thanks again for the great idea!!
I wonder why you didn't make a long sheet and cut with round shapes? even putting the sheets on top of each other to save time. does this taste better?
Can I ask which settings you used? I got a Marcato that goes from 1 - 9 I believe. I am not sure what setting you use there. Thanks for sharing the video though!
It is a great idea. The only thing is when you roll the dough, we can't really see it because your hand covered it. I am wondering how you made it round. I notice in the final passes, you roll the dough twice. Do you rotate the wrappers each time so they become round instead of long shaped? Thanks for the video!
@@savitasharmasharmasudeep869 hi, I purchased the motor. You plug it on the side of the machine and the other end goes into the electric outlet. You press the button and it starts going without having to crank it up by hand.
You usually don't have to use water if the wrapper is freshly made. The purchased ones have to use flour in between wrappers so they won't stick together, but that makes the wrapper dry, hence the need for water.
