For the people commenting on the slurping, in Asian countries slurping the noodles is a sign of appreciation. That was taught to us when I was stationed in S. Korea and how everyone ate when at different restaurants.

I actually made all of these in bigger batches for my new roommates and their friends last night for the very first time. The slurping and loud chewing makes me feel like its really really delicious. Whats the point of preparing amazing dishes and when it comes to eating, there is no feeling coming from the eater.
