And the way you made the glaze has given me new insight on topping my chocolate banana nut bread in a glaze that can be applied warm without soaking into the bread.

All the nights I would drift away to sleep watching you make these amazing calming videos of these beautiful food delicacies. You're so amazing! I think you could take this to another level by tempering some chocolate and putting it into the mould, then you continue as before but without the glaze at the end. Would be a very similar aesthetic but you would have the texture of the tempered chocolate. Still, it's an inspired idea and such a beautiful presentation. I'm now asking myself if I can justify buying a mold that looks like that lol.

Another amazing video. Just want to say I have been making killer cakes, candies and confections at home and made a nice profit selling some. I have a home bakery. People have been encouraging me to go pro so I bit the bullet and enrolled in one of the top five pastry schools. I am now a professionally trained pastry chef. I love it! Also because of you I am out $30000 dollars for culinary school. I take pay pal. Thanks for being my inspiration! People enjoying my creations gives me pleasure. One time I was cooking at a restaurant and a server came back and said a customer wanted to talk to me. I went to the dining room expecting to get yelled at and not knowing what i did. I was wrong! She told me she had traveled the world and my dessert was one of the best she has had anywhere. I was in heaven.
