1 cup water 100 g butter 1 cup cake flour 4 eggs (any size between medium to large eggs ) Use some butter to grease your baking pan Oven preheated to 200 deg Take ice blocks put in bowl 🥣 and put that in the oven it will create extra steam makes the eclairs cripsy For the Choc ganache : 1/3cup fresh cream 150g chocolate half dark. Chocolate ,half milk chocolate You need extra cream to fill your eclairs

We're making eclairs at school tomorrow But the recipe says to bake for 10 min at 220°C and then another 10-15min at 180°C, so they won't really puff out like they should. Practiced today, came out really small. Your method looks really great tho Gonna try it next time

I think you are 👏 AMAZING and the BESTTT cook I've ever came across on RU-vid. I would absolutely love to try and make some of these dishes and maybe one day I can but times are so rough that I couldn't afford to make many of these dishes. But a girl can dream right. Great recipe. I found the mixture too thick for my mixer though. Had to rather mix using a wooden spoon and add eggs one at a time. Mixing thoroughly between each egg.

i tried your recipe after many previous unsuccessful attempts of other recipes , i was quite impressed with the result . The only problem was that the inside was not totally cooked .Can you comment. I like to fill mine with creme patissiere .

I've never tried this before so I'm talking from ignorance. But what made you choose to cut them in half and fill them with cream vs what you see in TV where they stab the piping back into them and simply fill the inside.

This is a very late reply but it's always better to work in grams as opposed to cups. The measurements of cups vary throughout the world, so in one country a cup might be quite different to yours and that will make the recipe fail.. In baking you have to be precise. Hope this helps :)
