I watch a lot of good cooking videos but honestly I think I am hooked on yours! I would probably watch a video of you demonstrating how to boil water if you made one. Everything from presentation, to the perfect about of humor...video and sound quality...great time saving tips...lots of variety, and more. Awesome recipe, great video! I love your energy! Must admit I altered it... instead of granulated sugar in crust I used powdered sugar. Also I put the vanilla in the egg mixture not in the crust. Turned out perfect. Thank you
I tried it and was very sweet, next time I will be using 2.25 cups of sugar instead of 3. The texture and creaminess of the filling was on point that I will be using it to make lemon tart.

Love this recipe ❤ I have a Meyer lemon tree so I cut the sugar from 3 cups to 2 1/2 and didn't add the powdered sugar. They were perfectly tart without being overly sweet. I've already made them twice and they were a big hit both times.

Hello- as someone who has been baking for about 60 years, I can say that as long as the filling sets up firm enough to cut into bars, you could probably use just about any kind. When I was young, my mama used to make what we called Sunday Pie, and it had a very similar crust, then a chocolate pie filling layer, topped by whipped cream and sprinkled with chopped pecans… and it is very good!☺️
