Hello ma... I tried this recipe on easter Sunday cause i wanted something different. The outcome was mind blowing and my family could not stop singing abt the taste. They honestly wished the meal dont get finished. I chopped the chicken in bits just to hv a meaty meal at every scoop. I did something extra which is turning the chaff of the coconut into coconut candy😂

This video is supposed to have > 10k likes because wow! I'm not exaggerating when I say the rice came out like gourmet food. I was hesitant to fry raw rice but it made ALL the difference as you said. It made the rice nicely separated and grainy while still infused with flavor. Definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
