Wow...i loved the video.. As a regular fish eating person I can understand this guy's expertise.. I wish my fish guy was as artistic as this guy.. Cheers..
man y'all trip'n. She or he made that fish perfectly. My wife can cook fish all types of ways and I love when she fry's it the way it was cooked here. like someone else stated I'm going to make that sauce next time my wife cooks fish. Thx
This is amazing. Although this is a typical fried dish, you've made a good job. Not all can do this. I know there are a lot of dislikes, but remember this.. We cannot please everybody. All we can do is to respect others and be open minded to the other ways of cooking. Keep on learning. Kudos Red Food 🙌🙌
Making DIY videos aren’t easy. I don’t understand why people spend so much time criticizing the people who makes these cooking videos because it didn’t meet their expectations or they didn’t make it the way their mom or grandma did it. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to watch it. If it’s not cooked or made the way you expect it to be then change it. It’s easier to just be kinder and grateful for every lesson learned. If his/her way of cooking is not useful, then go cook it the way you prefer it or much better make your own DIY videos. Don’t be a bitter asshole. The world is a better place with less assholes.
Good point, but no one will listen in here really. RU-vid is full of morons and people who find their confidence through hiding their face. Those people become entitled and feel they need to bitch about every single thing. The world needs less assholes but there are too many to really do anything about. Especially with the sjw, self absorbed, ignorant, illogical bastards opening their mouths about everything.
I think it looked delicious. Crispy outside soft inside because of cooking it with sizzling oil. I'd say the contrast between the soft meat, crispy outside and that chilli sauce go great together.
@@abhishekshrivastav6162 no, it just shouldn't be overcooked. Period. No matter where the standard comes from. When overcooked (deep fried with no batter whatsoever to protect the fish) It tastes like cotton pads dipped in fish sauce and garlic. It loses its texture omega 3s and obviously its flavor. It gains in crispiness tho, which is why I think south east asians like it... it's a textural thing; it tastes great in rice paper wraps.
Rice, fish sauce w/chili,cucumber,leaf lettuce. Ohhh yea that’s good eats,i need 2fish sometime. The meat fries up tight, have to get a med. to big size fish. Delicious!!
Could’ve wiped the knive after sharpening it..Metal or Steel debris are always left on blades after sharpening He just put them right through the fish 🐠 🔪👀😖
Well I replayed the video.I noticed that the scene where he sharpened the knife is not fully shown...there's a cut...so probably he washed it...we never knew
People who say too dry dont understand the purpose of the crispy skin but soft meat. I like my fried fish crispy skin. Give me a soft skin deep fried fish and I throw away. This is south east Asian style not no western style batter fried fillets.
