HOW TO MAKE CRYING CAKE - COMPLETE RECIPE WITH ALL THE TIPS AND TRICKS
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar (170 grams)
1 packet vanilla (5 grams)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil (40 grams)
4 tablespoons milk (60 grams)
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder (30 grams)
1 cup all-purpose flour (100 grams)
1 packet baking powder (10 grams)
For the Sauce:
1.5 cups milk (300 grams)
2 cups milk (400 grams)
Half a cup sugar (37.5 grams)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (10 grams)
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder (15 grams)
100 grams milk chocolate
For the Whipped Cream:
2 packets powdered whipped cream (150 grams)
2 cups cold milk (400 grams)
For Decoration:
Pistachios
Strawberries
Ready-made chocolate sauce (optional)
Preparation:
Cake:
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy for 3-4 minutes.
Add vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons of milk, cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder, and mix.
Pour into a greased square baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 3 minutes.
Pour 1.5 cups of milk over the cake with a spoon and let it cool.
Sauce:
Take 2 cups of milk, sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
Boil while stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stirring until melted.
Let it cool.
Whipped Cream:
Whip cold milk and powdered whipped cream in a mixer until thickened.
Presentation:
Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake.
Pour the sauce over it.
Garnish with pistachios and strawberries.
You can also use ready-made chocolate sauce if you prefer.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours.
Serve in slices.
