Sky glue is great. It has higher fumes so if you're sensitive to glue fumes, another type could be healthier for you. As far as retention, I had good results with Sky glue. There is another option Sky Zone and I like that one better because it has lower fumes.
0.03 hairs are so fine I don’t actually know the amount. It’s more about how much I’m grabbing. You obviously don’t want to grab too much a damage the NL but 0.03 hairs are very very fine so you can go thicker than a normal volume fan. I usually just pickup a little more than I would for a 0.05 fan.
