Curry aloo or curry potato is a dish that can be eaten with rice or roti at breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can also be complimented with any meat sides dishes such as stew chicken, curry chicken, duck, goat, shrimp, beef, conch or any of your favorite meat. Today I am pairing it up with curry chicken cooked down dry with a spicy finish. I will also be sharing my version of a soft and tasty dhal puri making it from scratch.
