How do you just bypass version requirements I don't understand please make a tutorial or something because when I try to turn on the 1.16 armour or sword requirements so I can make on action effects in minecraft it doesent even show and if my pack version isn't 1.19 it will be exported but with warning and 100% of the time the pack doesn't work oh please tell how to bypass stuff like that

I made a helmet and made a texture for it but when I made chestplate and it's texture the addon maker doesn't let me change the old texture of the helme to new texture of chestplate Can you tell me how to fix it ?
