How to Make Custom Minifig-Scale LEGO Drones! (100% Purist!) (TUTORIAL)

In this video I do a tutorial on how to make these custom designed minifigure scale LEGO drones, using 100% purist parts, no cut flex tube is required. Long time viewers of my channel will remember my first LEGO drone tutorial and these are a much improved, but also very different design! I might make an updated tutorial video of that first version sometime in the future, let me know in the comments if you'd like to see that!

These looks super cool! I changed the shoulders, head an backpack on the one that I made! Also replaced the bottom tile on the chest with a cheese slope.

@@GuySmiley I’m just wondering, what set, and where did you get the body and legs for that specific mini figure that you used to demonstrate size in the video, I’m working on making a custom battle scene MOC and that torso and legs would be useful for my special forces

I really like this design, I changed up the arms and shoulders a bit but kept everything else. I think the feet look much better in person, and to my surprise offer plenty of support for the drone. Definitely recommend building this one to those looking for drones.

Thanks man! Yeah, its pretty much when whatever you're building looks like it is the correct size for existing in a "Minifigure sized world" if you get what I'm saying. Like if this drone were ten bricks tall it would definitely not be minifig scale because it would be so much bigger than a minifigure.
