Lost my 14 yr old cat 3 months ago tomorrow and ngl I'm really struggling with losing him. I'm seriously considering getting one of these.

I've watched this video before and thought it was really cute but way too expensive. My thoughts changed as soon as my own dog passed away a week and a half ago. To have something like this to help me and my family grieve would be priceless and I'm seriously considering getting one.

I was like: Me: omg so cute! I want! *watches till end* *sees price* *immediately closes lid of macbook* Me: nope. Just nope.

I was so excited when this video popped up in my feed!! My big buddy just suddenly passed away last week. It's been so quiet & lonely without him. He greatly helped me survive several surgeries as well as a myriad of emotional maladies. However, my excitement quickly melted away once they showed how much the look-alike would cost. Completely understandable, but doesn't change the fact that we're now crying again...

This kinda reminds me of a pet version of Coraline...

My dog chipper my favorite dog ever passed away, my mom got me a replica stuffed animal of him from cuddle clones, and all the happy memories with him fills me me up with joy when I hug the stuffed animal. :)

I used to have a dog named Elmo. He was a tanish colored boxer and he loved to play, wrestle, and he also just loved cuddling. He would lay by me every night when I was a toddler/young kid until I went to sleep. He protected me, my dad, and everyone else. But sadly, about 1-2 years ago, he started to have seizures. He would run into things and shake on the ground while white foam would come out of his mouth. He would forget who he is, where he was, and who my dad was. My dad and mom had him first when they were dating, but he was especially close to my dad. He had to get put down and that night we all loved on him as much as we could. He will forever be in my heart. (I know this is cringy and stupid sounding but I just wanted to share.)

Or you could buy a stuffed animal that is the same breed as your dog for much cheaper at Toys R Us, instead of paying 179$ for this bullshit.

As a seamstress and crafter myself, the price is totally justifiable the hours of craftsmanship involved must be immense. Often time I barely get 2 or 3 dollars an hour after selling an item I've made at a 'reasonable' price. You get what you pay for when you choose to buy a custom handcrafted item from a reputable seller, its usually worth the investment.
