This simple Dal or Basic Dal is very easy to prepare and it take very less time. Everyone can prepare this and tastes very nice. I am uploading this video because I too face problem in preparing this simple Dal in the beginning. So to help the beginners, I have explained detailed process. Please watch the video till end and let me know you opinions.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Moong Dal
2 half glass of water
2 tomatoes
1 chilly
salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
a pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp chilly powder
