Buns is one of the cheapest, easiest and least time consuming Nigerian snack to make at home. The ingredients are quite few and takes only few minutes unless you are making large batches.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all purpose flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg (optional)
1 tablespoon butter/margarine (optional)
1 cup of water/milk
Enough vegetable oil for deep frying
