Super easy Red Enchilada Sauce that is to die for!

Red Enchilada Sauce
3 TB flour
3 TB oil
1 TB Chile powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 TB chicken tomato knorr
2 TB tomato paste
2 cups water
In medium sauté pan combine and stir oil and flour for about a minute then add the spices and stir together. Add tomato paste and combine. The slowly add your water. Let it come just to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency.
