I was in a terrible car accident last night, the three kids that were in the car walked out and were fine. I tore up my ankle pretty bad and my back hurts but God is good we are all alive. I finally made these last night sister Gina! Deliciously fun and messy lol! We had a great time as a family enjoying these. I love lasagna and have made it on occasion, but I've never tried making the roll ups. But now, I gonna have to try making some Gina Young style (minus the mushrooms--not a fan of mushrooms). One question: Does this recipe (after you make it) freeze well? Just wondering. I see this recipe made 15 which is great for family gatherings! But I'm wondering can you freeze leftovers (if there are any); can you make the pan in advance, freeze it, take it out later, let it thaw, then bake it; or can you make the meat sauce and/or cheese sauce ahead of time, refrigerate them, them assemble and cook the next day?
