2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
1 tbsps Italian paste
Beef bouillon powder to taste
AP seasoning to taste
Red pepper flakes
1 pinch of white sugar
2 tbsps diced garlic
4 cups beef broth
28 oz tomato sauce
14 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
2.5 oz Boursin garlic and herbs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Diced basil and parsley
8 lasagna noodles

I made it, and it was delicious! It’s on my winter rotation now. Food does not get any more comfortable than this! Just brilliant. Lasagna soup. The best of both worlds. I made the lobster spaghetti too. Wow oh wow! Plus a bunch more. Keep up the awesome work. Best cooking channel on RU-vid.

Just made this for dinner tonight! And I’m so happy I tried it!! 10/10 delicious and taste like lasagna just wo the hassle, I just cooked half of the cheese mix w the soup and it had more of a creamier taste w it, I even added more on top ( we love cheese in this house) but definitely making this again!

Omg , this soup was sooo delicious. The only thing I changed was adding some fresh jalapeños during the process. Served with fresh Tuscan garlic bread!! Bellísimo!

Omygoodness! Made this second Saturday January 2023 while dismantling the Christmas tree. Didn't have the AP seasoning but this turned out fantastic! We all loved it and the house smells heavenly. Made extra cheese sauce for French bread. I mean this was knock your socks off delicious. The family wants it again next week. Don't forget the crusty bread and red wine to accompany.

definitely making lasagna soup this week!! I’m glad i watched your video before going to the grocery. The Boursin is such a good idea, I will def be adding it. Only concern I have is I cook for kids too and idk how they’ll feel ab a lump of cheese on top instead of mixed in we’ll see what I come up with but thanks for sharing!
