INGREDIENTS
2 lb ground beef or any ground meat you love
tri colored bell peppers
onions 2 fresh garlic. cloves
salt pepper garlic powder onion powder Italian seasoning
pinch sugar
1lb of this spaghetti noodles
oil
2 jars prego spaghetti sauce
for the meat ball you'll need
fresh parsley bread crumbs milk salt pepper garlic powder and 1egg

I bought ground beef 80/20 lile you did today alomg with pepper, onion and tomato/basil sauce and plain sauce- like you; i doctor it up! Looks delicious and now I have a meatball recipe that I can make. Thank you Mrs. Gina. My cooking has gotten so much better since I first started watching you. You are so right. If you are afraid of seasoning your foods, your foods will be tasteless. I used to season my foods, but not enough. Now I season everything and I use less salt and pepper. God Bless
