INGREDIENTS:
Okra - 450g
Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
Curry Leaves
Medium Onions - 3
Salt to Taste
Garlic Cloves - 14
Asafoetida - ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind Juice - 150ml
Water - 300ml
Green Chillies - 3
Oil - 600ml (For Frying)
