Happy New Year lovely! I hope you had a good Christmas, A tip when using scissors, is to use the full length of the blade when cutting, rather than making smaller cuts with the ends of the blades- your cutting line will be a lot smoother, which will help give a consistent seam allowance when you come to sew the pieces together. These came out so well- I love how vibrant the colours are. Thank you so much for sharing.
Happy New Year to you too! We had a lovely Christmas, I hope you did too. Thank you for the tip, I will forever think of you when I use those scissors now. I am working on a project for Mikes mum which will hopefully go live tomorrow, so watch for a shout out x
@@KieransUpcyclingJourney Hee Hee! My school sewing teacher had a real thing about choosing the right scissor size for a project, and used to go nuts if she saw us snipping at fabric using half the blade- but she was right! 😆 I always think of her when I’m cutting anything out ✂️Looking forward to seeing tomorrow’s project 😉
Ah thank you. I saw a nice design of some cat ones I thought might be fun 🙂. I like clowns for their creepy factor and I have always had good luck selling clown stuff weirdly 🤡
Absolutely love this tutorial! I’ve been wanting one for years but can’t stomach the cost of the vintage one, so why not make one, or make a bunch! FYI The link to the graphic isn’t working. :( would really love to have that if possible
Hi, sorry for the delay. Definitely give it a go to make a few. I have re-uploaded the graphic for you www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0mnbtedqzzj10s15e8acf/clown.png?rlkey=6frnmca49tdm08d3rtkqomdk7&st=ku2vejix&dl=0
