Assalamualikum Dr Zubairul Islam I'm working on a research project and to accomplish my research objective I need to create a HAND (Height Above the Nearest Drainage) from Digital Elevation Model (DEM). I'd like to use the TauDEM tool of ArcGIS 10.2 to generate the HAND, but I'm not so clear how to use it to create HAND. Any suggestion in this regard is highly appreciated.

Is that a river srtm map or a area srtm map
