Thank you for sharing about this healthy fruit. I read on the internet that Sorrel has multiple health benefits supporting the cardiovascular system, the immune system, it is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, etc, and it can be used for weight loss. But I would like to give personal advice to those who get excited. Like any other remedy ... it may not help IF you consume foods containing hormone disruptive additives. That would include flavor enhancers, technologists developed fragrance enhancers, artificial coloring, and all kinds of conservants and stabilizers that are toxic but deemed safe in small quantities (because approved by FDA). And for those who dream about losing weight (America is in an overweight state), it is necessary to make two layers of calories cut. First, cut the caloric difference between what is needed vs. what is consumed. Once the first is achieved, account for the calories that are coming from burning the fat tissue, which comes down to the secondary calories cut. Sorell can do the rest.

That was Satisfying to watch. Thank your for sharing. Not sure if I can grow in my area. How many months is the grow time? I lived mid area Arizona. It does snow here.

They grow well in the heat. You can start them early indoor with grow light then move them outside when weather warms up. They need around 6 months so getting them out by March should be fine.
