Egg Biscuit
Ingredients:
Sugar 125 gm
Butter 125 gm
Flour 125 gm
Eggs 3
Baking powder 3 gm
Salt 2 pinches
Lemon essence few drops
Method:
Mix together butter and sugar, add in eggs one by one and mix well.
Add in lemon essence and mix well. Then add all the fry ingredients and fold properly. Fill the mixture into the pipping bag and make small biscuits onto the baking tray. Bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 12 minutes. Serve.
