Hey Tammy, like 5-10 mins for the cashews. If you do that step first (cover with boiling water) then by the time you come back to make the Ricotta it will be done. :)

It's not a stupid question! Plant based whole food diet is more for health than animals. Veganism is more activism and refusing to eat anything that is an animal product. Technically, Oreos are vegan. A person on a plant based whole food diet would not be eating Oreos. Make sense?
Would you guys do a Keto diet guide/information video how it works? how to begin it correctly? how to calculate your amount? how to do it safely? just a keto 101 pretty much. Hi Jacky, we have fully switched over to a plant based, whole food channel so we won't be posting anything about keto. We would highly suggest a whole food plant based diet though over keto!!!
How do you calculate with lifesum? I downloaded it but does seasoning count and all that when I'm putting I ate chicken do i have to add like the pepper and salt? Lol sorry if it's a dumb question. I'm just starting my healthy eating journey while breastfeeding also.
Yes, everything has Calories. If you are using dried herbs or spices it’s ok to leave out. But if you are using a pre made seasoning just scan the barcode :)
It looks good but Idk if I like eggplant😢😢 hate to spend time and money on something I dont even know ill like. I might order some eggplant parm and try it.
