These capacitors are not needed. A high-voltage capacitor is already built into the body of this transformer; it is located inside a cylindrical compartment on which some inscriptions can be seen. One terminal of this capacitor is already connected to the red wire inside the case, and the other is connected to one of the lower pins. You just need to find it using a capacitance meter and connect it to the common wire. That's all.

It is not possible to change the frequency of this circuit. You can increase or decrease only the turn on time period. Thanks for commenting 👉❤👈

These types of fence energizers aren't permitted because they are dangerous. You need to follow the safety regulations. The pause length must be at least 1 s. This thing is potentially hazardous.
