🔹 1 small yellow onion, quartered
🔹 7 to 8 garlic cloves, peeled
🔹 1 tablespoon black pepper
🔹 1 tablespoon ground cumin
🔹 1 tablespoon ground coriander
🔹 1 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
