In part 4 of the sushi series, chef and sushi master Eddy Tseng shows us how to make a fashion sandwich Carrot Marinade: 1 cup water, 1.5 table spoons of sugar, 1 table spoon of Mirin and one tea spoon of salt.
I enjoy how detailed you are in explaining the steps of making this! A lot of people skip over the little details and it is refreshing to see someone with good teaching skills! Thank you for that! 😺
You saved my dinner last Friday, i tried to do sushi for the first time, and followed all of your videos, unfortunely only found this one today, next time I'll try to do this!
Amazing! So simple and looks delicious! I really enjoy eating sushi, so this is a great idea to make it a little different. Definitely need to try this as soon as possible!
I am SO EXCITED to try these! They look AMAZING!!! I wonder… can I substitute cucumber for avocado? My son can’t eat avocado, and I was hoping it would taste good like that. Also… can I also make it with smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese? Would I be able to spread cream cheese, or would I need to slice it? That’s my favorite combination! And I bet it would taste wonderful if it was made into a sandwich, like this! I just found your channel a little while ago, and I can’t wait to watch as many videos as I can today (and tomorrow, and the next day…) I’ve already learned so much! And I look forward to future videos, as well. You are SO TALENTED! I’m going to make these for a ‘Facebook group’ get together in a few weeks, and I’m going to make little cards with your RU-vid address on them and put them near my serving dish, so other people can look you up and learn, as well!😄❤️
I really liked this video. it's very detailed and simple to understand and follow, with tips that I haven't seen in other videos. It's a pity it doesn't have more recognition. Next week I will try to do it. Thank you very much :)
That towel is super multi used😊.. is there anyone notice or was just me?😊... Anyway, the sushi looks yummy and I will definitelly make this version...avid fan of all kinds of maki rolls
Hi Eddy! I loved your videos. In this video you show a marinated carrot but the recipe does not appear. I looked for the carrot recipe on your website (wix) and on your facebook but I couldn't find it :( it would be nice if you could share it! Thank you very much for your work. Greetings from Chile.
@@SidOhzen Thank you very much for answering me, you are very kind! I will be waiting for the next content that you will upload. Your way of speaking in the videos is very clear, I just wanted to read the carrot recipe so as not to make mistakes. Many greetings and good health.
Looks delish! Your vegetarian sandwich started by plating sushi rice on nori Seaweed. When you finished adding ingredients and cut it in two, you placed one half on top of the other, I expected to see the nori Seaweed base but it wasn't there? What did I miss in the construction of this sandwich?
How do your rice not sticking to the cutting board ? My problem is is always have to cover my sushi with food wrap before rolling/pressing. Otherwise, the roll would break and the rice would stick all over the place.
I suggest you wipe the cutting board with a damp towel to keep it slightly moist. Not thing wrong that you use with food wrap as long as you can make it work 😉
Nice, but I’m lazy and would probably just make a sushi bowl if it were just me. If someone wants to cook for me, that’s different and I would love a sushi sandwich :)
