Shalom brothers and sisters, today I'm going to show you on how to make Bagoong not so salty
ingredients
1 1/2 kilo of small fish( I'm using Malangsi fish)
7 spoonful of rock salt
Procedure
wash the fish two times
strain and drain and leave it with cover for 3 hours
transfer to a big bowl and add 7 spoonful of rock salt
mix thoroughly
transfer to a clean jar, do not include the dark moisture or water from the fish, use a cellophane to cover the jar before putting the cap to avoid penetration of bacteria
Fermentation must be 1 to 2 weeks before consuming
