Alex, I know from experience that an Acrylic lip will not last long. I've found that Acrylic or 'Plexiglas' is easy to come by, but it's brittle so it cracks & breaks. Polycarbonate is a much better choice, it's extremely durable, and will last much longer. You made a beautiful lure! But when it comes to fishing, it's how it looks in the water that's important. Please show some type of performance test, even if it's indoors. I loved the internal works of this lure, you packed a lot into a small space. Thanks for the post!
