Recipe (adapted from Smitten Kitchen's Creamy Dreamy Scones)
4 cups (560 grams) all-purpose flour
2 T (30 grams) baking powder
3 T (40 grams) sugar
1 t. (6 grams) salt
10 T (140 grams) salted butter
2 cups (470 mL) cream
Combine and mix per video, cut (I made 16 biscuits), then bake at 425ºF for 12-14 minutes.
These taste best fresh, so plan to eat them right away, or the same day for best results!
Ideas for using Biscuits:
Gravy
Breakfast Sandwiches (eggs, cheese, bacon/sausage)
Eggs Benedict or Poached
Topped with butter and jam
In any casserole calling for biscuits
Add in dried fruit when patting dough out for more of a scone taste.
