You have to have a vacume inside the bottle couse when the water comes out of the first tube air will be gone so the other one gets water and air so it keeps reapeting

No broh, Siphon follows a rule: from high to low, Even the the pressure or gravity can not overcome this rule. Why do you think the electric pump was invented to bring water from low to a higher level?

The electric pump like many things was created for convenience. The “free energy pump” is V and Q limited.
