HOW TO MAKE FRENCH CRÊPES - EASY QUARANTINE RECIPE - LOFI TRAP BEAT

This is how we make our CRÊPES every Saturday. This recipe is one I have refined through many trials using varying amounts of milk, eggs, and flour. The ingredients below is what I have found to be the perfect balance for crepes that make my kids smile to kickstart their Saturday adventure. Feel free to experiment with the portions, in particular the milk. We don't use nothing under 4 cups or above 5 1/2 cups of milk (vitamin D).

Ingredients (approximately 18-20 crepes)
2 cups of flour
5 cups of milk (vitamin D)
6 eggs
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
3 tsp of vanilla extract
2 pinch of salt
1/4-1/2 tsp of coconut oil per crepe

Instructions
In a medium size mixing bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. You can use a mixer or a whisk.
Once the ingredients are mixed together, pour in the melted butter as you continue to mix.
Make sure there are no clumps and the batter has a smooth consistency.
Pre-heat your pan in medium heat (we use a 12 inch cast iron skillet, but any cooking pan will do and that is 8-12 inches will do the job).
Grease the pan with melted coconut butter and spread evenly.
Pour in 1/4 cup of batter (adjust depending on the size of your pan) and spread the batter evenly by swirling your pan or using a crepe tool.
Let it cook for about 25 to 35 seconds or until you are able to get under the crepe with your spatula without struggle.
Once you flip the crepe, more than likely it won't be centered or perfectly flat on the pan. At this point, try to avoid using the spatula's corners or edges to adjust your crepe for this will only create a hole or tear. Use the whole bottom side of the spatula instead, which will give you leverage to re-adjust. Don't worry, this part takes a while to perfect, but you will get there.
Cook the crepe for another 15 to 20 seconds, then use the spatula to transfer it flat on the plate.
Grease up your pan once again for the next crepe and repeat the instruction above.
