I came upon your videos after having surgery and was getting ready to start six rounds of chemo and three radiation treatments. It has been a pleasure watching you cook. I have tried a few of your recipes and between chemo and eating those delicious recipes, I’ve put on a few pounds. 😋😁 I really appreciate you AB and pray that you and your family are showered with many blessings because your videos have really blessed me.

I like sprinkling cinnamon sugar on mine while frying for a sweet glaze. Then when done top with butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Yum...yours looks delish too

Dude! My Mom thought I was crazy for using nutmeg and allspice. Vindication! I also throw a couple shakes of ginger and cinnamon. Whilping the batter with an emulsion blender keeps it crispy and not as soggy.

Greetings AB! I made the French Toast for my visiting Daughter this morning and we both loved it. She will be one of your new subscribers. Could not find the Challah bread yet, so used regular bread. Did not have Allspice, so used a pinch of cinnamon. I am a neighbor of your's in MoVal. If I lived on your street, you would probably need a restraining order. Next up, the Navy Bean Soup. It will be better than the soup I had while serving 23 yrs in the Navy! LOL As a widower, It's difficult to cook for one. Man cannot live indefinitely on Nachos, Chili Dogs, and Church's Chicken, but now, I can diversify. I also have a freezer and that will work. You have definitely kicked up my culinary world. Thank you young man and keep on cooking.

I’ve seen this bread in my local grocery store for so long. I always thought it looked interesting but didn’t know what to do with it. I’ve used brioche bread for my French toast, and i do love it but now i HAVE to make it with this bread! This will be my breakfast this Sunday 😋 Thanks AB!!

You wanna level up my friend? Start making your own vanilla. I use Meyers dark rum and I get the beans from vanilla bean kings they aren’t expensive and I make 6 a year so I always have it! You can use vodka also but the Meyers makes a deeper more amazing vanilla. Thanks again for your channel. How do we vote you to your own cooking show on cable.
