I did this with skinless boneless breast. But I used the the method that you used with the fish. Used the Mustard cornmeal instead of flour put in the oven... IT WAS DAMN GOOD!!

OMG yes you've got to try it yellow & fried, I think you'll love it! The mustard taste wasn't strong at all (just slightly tangy), it made the chicken juicy and tender. My family loved it!

Gonna do this tonight as I watched this vid, I'm like finally somebody who tells me how long to fry it instead of the always "use a thermometer for internal temperature" to cook. Not a good cook just yet so that internal temperature mess still be having stuff undercooked for me. Gotta cook it even longer or just give up and throw it out. So thanks for this vid.

I tried mustard fried chicken yesterday and it was so good. I don't want the regular chicken anymore. Does accent still have msg? I stopped using it years ago,
